Stephen Pettigrew is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in civil engineering, immigration, and business development. Educated in Glasgow, United Kingdom, Stephen brings a wealth of international experience to his role as Business Development Manager.
Stephen began his career as a civil engineer with Amey Roadstone in 1984 and relocated to Gibraltar in 1986, where he worked on various MOD contracts. In 2001, he transitioned to a career in immigration with the FCO/UKBA, serving as an ECO (Entry Clearance Officer) in Helsinki, Finland, and later in New Delhi, India. From 2008, he served as an ALO (Airline Liaison Officer) at the British Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, and in 2010, he moved to Abu Dhabi to become an ECM (Entry Clearance Manager), overseeing the Pakistan desk and managing 30 staff. In 2013, Stephen joined VFS Global as Senior General Manager for the Pakistan and MENA regions, based in Dubai, with responsibility for over 150 staff across the region.
