Damex.io UAB is a partner of Modulr Finance B.V which is authorised and regulated by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) as an Electronic Money Institution for the issuance of electronic money and payment services.
International Bank Account Numbers can be used to receive fiat deposits and to make fiat payments to 3rd parties. In a practical sense, they can be used as corporate operational accounts.
Damex IBAN’s are created in the name of the individual client so payments received by 3rd parties appear under the name of the client.
The accounts are operated through a portal developed by Damex which allows clients to execute transactions, view account data such as audit trails and historical transactions, and monitor current transactions. To all intents and purposes, it operates as an online account with all the functionality you would expect from such an account.
