Jayme is DAM’s latest addition and he brings with him some experience which has allowed him to fit into the team. After graduating from Kingston University in 2017 with a Degree in Criminology and Sociology, he decided to take his studies further by completing a Masters Degree the year after in Manchester Metropolitan University.
Covering several modules on the impact of financial crime allowed Jayme to adopt a better understanding of compliance in finance and when he saw the opportunity to work as a CDD Analyst for Safened B.V in Amsterdam, he didn’t think twice about it.
He then joined Gibraltar International Bank where he was offered a position within the front office as a client service representative. This definitely matured him as an individual as he was presented with a large number of clients on a daily basis. He undertook several roles and his responsibilities varied from handling complaints, process orders, providing information about the organisation’s products and services and most predominantly, account opening. Again, a solid experience but Jayme saw this as a short term fix.
At DAM, Jayme is assisting the team with the onboarding of individual and corporate clients, and managing their relationship for future prosperity.
